While our pieces are made using high-quality, 925 sterling silver & some pieces plated with 18 carat gold (or rhodium for silver options), it’s important you take good care of your jewellery.
While our pieces are shower & swim safe, we do not recommend getting your pieces wet, doing so will cause the gold or rhodium plating to fade quickly.
It’s recommended that you remove your piece prior to cleaning, showering, bathing and swimming. We recommend placing your piece in the gift box provided when you aren’t wearing it.
Avoid exposing your piece to sweat, perfume, fake tan and chemicals including cleaning products.
NOTE: We do not take responsibility for pieces which have faded, tarnished or oxidised. If you are looking for something which will not fade, we recommend sourcing solid gold jewellery.
